imitation

There seems no question but that written letters are going to be out of this world in time. Because of our computers, and email we no longer have the need to send letter through the post. we just send them electronically. Nowadays birthday cards, greeting card, all sorts of different cards, and letter are sent via email. All you need to do is write or download something, and then at the click of a button its off to your person of choice anywhere around the world.
back in the days where Internet was just a dream, and computers looked like nuclear powered reactors; the only ways to get letters to another person was to post them. People used to have to write a letter, go to the post office, get a stamp, and post it. This was the usual manner of how things where done. A quote from a wise lady was "once we all get into the way of email we will soon forget about writing letters. It will be more of a burden, than something done to keep in touch with someone, or to send information etc. Sure writing letters takes longer than an email but, isn't it nice to receive something in the mail which is not a bill or some junk mail? There are still people who write letters; but their numbers demisinish slowly as our generations turns more towards the internet and email.
I predict that as time goes by writing letters shall become obsolite, as the floppy disk and the 8 track once did.

Who is "the wise lady?" Avoid generalities like these. Otherwise, fitting topic, nice examples, and great concluding sentence.
